VERTRAN is manufactured and tested for individuals between 5’3”
and 6’3” and up to 220 pounds. If you do not meet these
requirements, please contact FENA Design as there may be special
accommodations that can be made.
Can VERTRAN be used
in my van?
FENA Design in partnership with Rollx Vans has developed a lock
down system for driving in VERTRAN. VERTRAN may be ordered with
the locking bracket to accomodate the Rollx Lock Down System.
Does FENA Design make
a pediatric model of VERTRAN?
FENA Design is in the early development stages a pediatric model.
How much does VERTRAN
weigh?
With the batteries, VERTRAN weighs 314 pounds.
Does VERTRAN tilt and
recline?
No. VERTRAN was designed to provide ultimate pressure relief in
the standing position by shifting a person’s weight from their
backside to their heels.
